University weather-related information

UNI evening classes on the main campus are canceled as of 5 p.m. today, Wednesday, Feb. 25, due to severe weather.

Evening classes held at UNI-CUE in Waterloo have also been canceled.

Continuing and Distance Education classes will proceed as scheduled.

Panthers on parade

The Panther Marching Band will make their international debut on January 1 when they perform in London's New Year's Day Parade. The parade, which is the largest event of its kind in the world, will start at noon in London, which is 6 a.m. in Cedar Falls.

Nearly 650 Panthers will receive their bachelor's, master's or doctorate this Saturday at Commencement. The ceremony will be held at 11 a.m. in the McLeod Center. If you are unable to attend, the ceremony will be streamed live at live.uni.edu.
