Take the dining survey: You could win Dining Dollars
Customers of University of Northern Iowa dining centers, restaurants and convenience stores have an opportunity to rate the food, surroundings and service during the annual customer satisfaction survey this week. The benchmarking survey is used to prioritize changes and compare the satisfaction of UNI customers with campus dining customers nationwide, according the Carol Petersen, Director of Dining Services.
“We count on customers -- from throughout the campus community -- to participate in the survey each fall; it takes about 4 minutes to complete the online survey. Participation in the survey is an effective way to influence the service provided in UNI dining venues,” said Carol Petersen, Director of Dining Services. The benchmarking survey involves colleges nationwide so the data affirms, or challenges, the impact of current service on customer satisfaction. The National Association of College and University Food Services designed the research and is responsible for the confidentiality of each response.

“The beauty of this survey method is its convenience for customers. They can complete the survey for several venues in a single online session. And, it is very easy to enter comments at the end of the survey,” Petersen said.
It is easy for a customer to complete the survey for more than one venue and each time a survey is completed, the participant is entered in a drawing for $50 Dining Dollars.
