How long will I have access to my WebCT CE8 courses?

All current users will have access to the WebCT CE8 System until June 30, 2012.

Beginning in Fall 2011, all courses will be delivered using the Blackboard Learn system, however, instructors and students will continue to have unrestricted access to courses and content stored on CE8 through the 2011 - 2012 academic year for the purpose of course migration, processing student inquires, grade verifications, finishing incompletes, etc.

Here are additional  milestones related to the WebCT CE8 retirement:

May 30, 2012 - Course migration deadline
June 30, 2012 - Users denied access
July 30, 2012 - License expires
January 1, 2013 - Vendor support terminated

Instructors may request that their WebCT CE8 courses be backed up and deleted from the WebCT CE8 System at anytime by completing the "eLearning Support form".
