Turnitin - Originality Checking/Plagarism Prevention

UNI has an agreement with Turnitin.com that permits campus-wide utilization of their plagarism prevention and detection service known as Originality Checking by Turnitin. This service allows instructors to easily detect plagiarism on any student paper; and more importantly, offers outstanding resources for educating students on plagiarism and properly citing references.

UNI has installed the Turnitin Building Block on the new version of the UNI eLearning System, Bb Learn 9, which gives instructors access to Turnitin’s plagiarism prevention within the UNI eLearning environment.

Creating a Turnitin assignment is accessible in all eLearning courses to anyone with an instructor role from the "Assessment > Turnitin Assignment" link.
