MacMail Client Settings for Collaboration Suite Email

MacMail changes (students skip to step 3)

1)    Open MacMail, click on “Mail”, and choose Preferences.

2)    Delete the old User Name and type in the new User Name which is everything in your email address ahead of the “@” symbol.

3)    Now click on the “Server Settings” tab below the Outgoing Mail Server field.

4)    Make sure the port is 465 and replace the existing User Name with your entire email address.

5)    Click “OK” and save all changes.
