This course assumes that everyone can use more digital media skils to communicate effectively in the 20th century. We will start out helping people get the most out of the Internet and their personal gadgets (iPads, cellphones) better ~ even if people use Facebook every day, there are still many short cuts, tricks, and privacy controls to make online life better and easier. We will also show participants how to digitze images and how to edit images in Photoshop, and we'll give participants lots of ideas for creating digital media projects, from books to websites. We will adapt, as needed, according to participant skills and needs
