CEDAR FALLS, Iowa -- The University of Northern Iowa's College of Business Administration will host the Global Trade Issues Conference on Wednesday, Oct. 24, at the UNI Commons. The conference is intended to offer information and a networking opportunity for Iowans who are interested in international business or companies already doing business internationally, as well as offer a chance for UNI students and faculty to gain insights into global trade practices and issues. Four main speakers will present at the conference, along with a panel of UNIBusiness alumni Certified Global Business Professionals. The keynote speaker is Donald Tong, Hong Kong Commissioner for Economic and Trade Affairs, USA. Tong is the highest-ranking official in the Hong Kong government stationed in the U.S.
