New prices this summer! Pay one price and attend any classes you want. No single class registration needed except for noon Hydro-Fit, Yoga Synergy, and Total Strength and Tone. See class descriptions.

Cardio Classes

Cardio HIIT - 50 min.

Take your fitness to the next level! High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a nonstop, powerhouse workout, focusing on short, intense bouts of exercise. Using a variety of exercises, equipment, and work-to-rest ratios, you will get a tremendous cardiovascular, strength, and power workout all rolled into one while maximizing caloric expenditure. This class keeps your heart pumping and your body working from start to finish!

Cycle & Core - 60 min

This class focuses on speed, resistance, and intensity that will make for an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging for your whole body. You will experience a ride full of climbs, sprints, and endurance intervals with energizing music and motivational instruction. Thirty minutes of core training is used with a variety of equipment to get a full body workout. Bring your towel and water bottle and enjoy the ride!

Outdoor Boot Camp - 50 min - New!

This outdoor, high intensity, cross training work out is designed to incorporate speed and agility training, along with total body conditioning in non-traditional workout format. The workout is designed to cater all levels of fitness. Perfect choice for those who are seeking a real fitness challenge! Bring a water bottle and towel!

Aqua Zumba® - 50 min

The fitness craze that fuses Latin-based rhythms with motivating music, unique moves, and challenging combinations in the pool. It’s low impact so it’s easy on your body. Ditch the workout and join the POOL party!

Leisure Pool

Hydro-Fit - 50 min

This fast paced 50 minute class will keep you moving with cardio movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross country ski movements and jumping jacks. Class takes place in shallow water and does not require swimming experience, but participants should feel comfortable in water. All swimming levels welcome for this calorie burning workout!

Strength & Toning Classes

Total Sculpt and Tone - 50 min

Our most popular strength-based format, TST is a high energy strength class that targets every major muscle group in both the upper and lower body. Tone and tighten your entire body using bodyweight, dumbbells, body bars, stability balls, medicine balls, BOSU trainers, steps and more!

TRX (Total Body Resistance) Exercise - 50 min - Voted Best Strength Training Class!

TRX Suspension Training uses a suspension trainer to leverage gravity and body weight to create exercises that can be scaled to reach any fitness or training goal. TRX develops strength, power, endurance, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Regardless of your fitness level, TRX suspension training meets you where you are & takes you where you want to go. Voted best strength training class!

Mind & Body Classes

Power Pilates - 50 min - New!

This class focuses on core strength, flexibility and balance. Enhance the connection between your mind and body while increasing your energy. If you are looking to strengthen your abdominal muscles, increase flexibility, and energize your entire body, consider Pilates! This class format offers unique strength and stabilization exercises that will challenge your body in new ways with every class.

Yoga Synergy - 50 min

This class will ease your mind and guide mental clarity toward strength, flexibility and relaxation by focusing on stretching the body through a vigorous, yet accessible flow that pairs proper breathing with body awareness. This class is for any level of yoga ability and instructions on modifications will be given.
