Hydro-Fit, Cycle/TRX Fusion, Cycle and Core, Cycle Blast, TRX (Total Body Resistance), Yoga Synergy — 2 sections, Total Sculpt and Tone, Jazzercise, Power Pilates, and RIPPED

Hydro-Fit, Yoga Synergy — noon section, Cycle and Core, and Total Sculpt and Tone

Fitness Classes

Cycle Blast — 45 mins

It’s all about the bike! Experience a ride full of hills, sprints, and endurance intervals with energizing music and a motivating instructor. Great class for a low impact workout with adjustable intensities to meet your fitness level. Bring a towel and water bottle.

Cycle and Core — 50 mins

This class focuses on speed, resistance, and intensity that will make for an unpredictable ride that is fun and challenging for your whole body. The motivational instructor will coach you through climbs, sprints, and endurance intervals all while listening to energizing music. Fifteen to Twenty minutes of core training with a variety of equipment to get a full body workout. Bring a towel and water bottle so you can enjoy the ride and camaraderie.

R.I.P.P.E.D. — 50 mins

R.I.P.P.E.D. stands for Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance and Diet. This class is taught by a certified instructor and is designed to target every muscle. The activity and focus will change every 6 – 9 minutes with the use of free weights, resistance, bands and body weight. With motivating music and determination you can challenge your fitness levels and endurance!

Jazzercise — 50 mins

Jazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping body blasting fitness program that gets you results….fast. It’s a high intensity dance party that fuses cardio, strength, Pilates, hip hop, yoga and kickboxing. Burn up to 800 calories per hour in our classes. This is the NEW Jazzercise!

Cycle/TRX Fusion — 50 mins

This class has it all! With both cardio and strength in one class you can’t go wrong. This class will enhance your strength, stamina, and improve your overall physical health. Just starting an exercise program or wanting a challenge? The instructor will lead you through a high energy cycling class and then show you how to use the TRX bands to ensure the best strength training workout. Discover muscles that you haven’t used before and find your core all in one summer!

Water Classes

Hydro-Fit — 50 mins

Enjoy the water this summer with this great cardio burning, cardiovascular, low impact but high intensity class. Instructor teaches you ways to move in the water that benefits your heart, muscles, and joints.

Strength & Toning Classes

Total Sculpt and Tone — 50 mins

Our most popular strength-based format. TST is a high energy strength class that targets every major muscle group. Tone and tighten your entire body using body weight, dumbbells, kettlebells, stability balls, BOSU trainers, resistance bands, and more!

TRX (Total Body Resistance) — 50 mins

TRX Suspension Training uses a suspension trainer to leverage gravity and body weight to create exercises that can be scaled to reach any fitness or training goal. TRX develops strength, power, endurance, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Regardless of your fitness level, TRX suspension training meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go.

Mind & Body Classes

Yoga Synergy — 50 mins

Yoga Synergy is a deep restorative approach to the practice of yoga. This class offers strengthening, flowing poses, linked to your breathing to release stress and tension throughout the entire body, leaving you feeling more energized, motivated and serene. Certified instructors welcome variable yoga abilities, offer modifications, and personal assistance as needed.

Power Pilates — 50 mins

Pilates is for everyone who wants to focus on their core strength, flexibility, abdominal, lower back, and gluteal work. Enhance the connection between your mind and body while increasing your energy. This class format offers unique strength and stabilization exercises that will challenge your body in new ways!
