Art and Architecture Committee
The Art and Architecture Committee serves as a liaison between artists, clients, and university administrators. The committee makes recommendations to the Vice President for Administration and Finance for the commission of an artist or purchase of artwork for capital improvement projects. The committee membership shall consist of at least seven voting members for consideration of each capital project. The committee is composed of the Head of the Department of Art, the Director of the Art Gallery, the Director of Facilities Planning, a representative of Student Services, a representative of University Advancement, two students appointed by NISG, and a project representative. Members are appointed for a three-year term and may be reappointed for an additional term.
