Election Packets Due Today at 5 p.m.

Applicants who wish to have their name on the general election ballot must turn in an application and petition no later than 5 p.m. on Feb. 5 (TODAY) at the NISG office. Questions can be directed to Election Commissioner Mary Jo Halder at mjhalder@uni.edu.

Reminder: Elections and Budget Process

Student Organizations who wish to apply for funding through the yearly budget process must submit an application by Tuesday, Feb. 8. See http://www.uni.edu/nisg/funding for more information or to submit an application. 

Legislative Update

UNI State Relations Officer Joe Murphy will host a legislative update from noon to 1 p.m., in the Elm Room of Maucker Union. Topics include the state budget process, budget cuts and other policy items affecting UNI during this legislative session.

Speaker Brent Scarpo will present "Journey to a Hate Free Millennium" at 9:30 p.m. in Maucker Union Ballroom. "Journey to a Hate Free Millennium" is a multiple award-winning documentary that centers around true stories taken from national headlines.
