The Multicultural Leadership Retreat is a conference geared towards helping student leaders, in multidisciplinary aspects of campus life, become better, passionate, and more effective leaders. Conference participants will engage in half a dozen workshops that will: challenge their perception of a leader; help them understand their recruitment and retention issues; learn to be more inclusive for diverse, multicultural populations; and re-ignite that passionate leader flame that is dimmed. The Multicultural Leadership Retreat is for all levels of leadership, ranging from beginner to advanced. It is FREE of charge to all who are interested. (This includes: student organizations and community groups, sororities, and fraternities; participants must be at least a junior in high school.) Breakfast/Lunch is also included.
