GEOG 4133/5133 WKSP: Geography, Technology and the Iowa Core Part II -- 1 unit(s)

This workshop builds on the introductory workshop to provide more new and innovative means for teaching geography with a focus on connecting these with the Iowa Core, including both Geography and 21st Century Skills. Activities include both traditional and technology-based lessons. Successful completion of this course requires each participant to draft one lesson plan that incorporates an idea from the workshop with specific objectives/competencies within the Iowa Core Geography and Iowa Core 21st Century Skills.
