Physical Education: Teaching/Coaching (MA)
This program prepares teachers and coaches to be effective and reflective educators while providing for the professional development needs of PK-12 Physical Education teachers and coaches. Focus on linking practice to theory while broadening your understanding of the educational processes as they relate to the physical education teaching and learning environment.

- Offered entirely online - complete the entire program at a time and location that's convenient for you, without the need to commute to campus.
- Courses are designed using the Quality Matters set of professional standards based upon research, best practices and national standards for course design.
- Includes courses addressing such topics as motor learning, curriculum development, effective teaching and sport psychology
- Delivered on a cohort basis and completed in six consecutive semesters
This program is designed for teachers currently working in a K-12 physical education setting. Students will not be awarded a physical education teaching license upon completion of the program.
