Marshall Center School Marshall Center School is a one-room schoolhouse preserving an important part of Iowa's and UNI's commitment to education. It was moved here from Pocahontas County and restored to illustrate Iowa schools in the 1920s. Group tours of the schoolhouse and presentations on life in a one-room schoolhouse may be arranged through the UNI Museum.
University Museum The University Museum is one of only five major natural history museums in the state of Iowa. The collections, which support the university's curriculum and research, cover a wide selection of natural and human history topics. The museum offers events and programs to heighten student and public awareness of environmental and cultural diversity and serves as a forum for the discussion of global issues. |
