- Federal E-Verify Program
As a federal contractor, the University of Northern Iowa is required to participate in the federal government's E-Verify program to confirm the identity and work eligibility of faculty and staff working on contracts that contain the FAR E-Verify requirement. With respect to new hires, the E-Verify process is completed in conjunction with a new hire's completion of the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification upon commencement of employment.
