If you are interested in reviewing the details of your plan (which is a good habit to get into several times a year) you can view them on the Wellmark website. A Doc Find is also available to assist in finding those providers and facilities that are in-network and in your area.
There are health and wellness links that provide information on preventive care, drug information, and health support including a 24/7 phone line to speak with a nurse about pregnancy, chronic conditions, and much more.
Wellmark.com offers helpful tips to living a healthier lifestyle, and provides seasonal recipes and activity suggestions through Blue Magazine. Wellmark also supports the Blue Zones Project.
