The Department of Mathematics at the University of Northern Iowa includes four Bachelor of Arts degree programs, allowing you to choose a program in mathematics,statistics and actuarial science, or teaching. A degree in any of these areas can provide you the opportunity for a number of rewarding careers or graduate study. A number of students at UNI choose to double major in mathematics and another discipline.

Alternatively, the minors offered by the Department of Mathematics have proven attractive to students in computer science, physics and other sciences, business, and secondary and elementary education.
