Whereas representatives of the UNI Foundation have expressed an interest in meeting with the Faculty Senate to discuss ongoing and future developments in fundraising and other Foundation activiites;

Therefore, be it resolved that the Faculty Senate will hold a consultative session with Bill Calhoun and Dave Mason,  representatives of the UNI Foundation, at the Senate's meeting on March 10, 2014.
