Readiness Interviews
Our consultants will conduct a series of interviews across campus to assess the readiness of key units and leaders relative to the process of acquiring and implementing a new Student Information System. These will be in groups and will occur:

March 10 and 11, 2008

Kickoff Workshops
These meetings will serve to orient the two project committees to the overall project and the particular processes to be undertaken in this phase of the project.

Vendor Previews
Two major vendors of student information systems will be invited to campus to share information about the capabilities of current systems. Sessions will be open to the campus community, and are intended to inform those who will be involved in developing plans for our new SIS.

Visioning Workshops
These gatherings will be intensive work sessions involving key stakeholders and our consultants. Each will last 3-4 hours, and will focus on how we hope to meet key University needs through the new SIS. These will be held:
