LMOS Ozone observations – AIRNOW data
1) super_MMDDYY.obs are the comma delineated ozone files
2) after accessing the file for a particular day, search the file for SHEBOYGAN or ZION
3) you will find there are 6 sets of ozone and quality control values;
the first set is the 1-hour average, the second is the 8-hour averages, and the last 3 sets are peak values
4) units are ppb; they use EDT in the files:
0000 EDT = 04 UTC 00 UTC = 2000 EDT on Day - 1
0600 EDT = 10 UTC 06 UTC = 0200 EDT
1200 EDT = 16 UTC 12 UTC = 0800 EDT
1800 EDT = 22 UTC 18 UTC = 1400 EDT
