By submitting this application, I affirm that the facts set forth in
it are true and complete. I understand that if I am chosen as a scholarship
recipient, any false statements, omissions, or other misrepresentations made
by me on this application may result in the immediate suspension of such
scholarship. Furthermore, if selected I agree that CEPAD and Muchas Manos Light Work will receive my grades, that I
will maintain a certain grade level (yet to be determined), and that if I do
not maintain a satisfactory grade level that Muchas
Manos Light Work has the authority to suspend in partial or in whole the
amount awarded. If awarded the scholarship, I hereinto promise that upon
graduation I will continue to help my respective community, and to help
someone else finish a University or Vocational School in some capacity. Al someter esta aplicación afirmo que los hechos que establesco en esta aplicación son completos y verdaderos.
Entiendo que si soy elegido/a para recibir esta beca, cualquier declaración
falsa, omisiones, misrepresentaciones hechas por mi
en esta aplicación puede resultar en la suspensión inmediata de dicha beca.
Además si soy elegido/a, acepto que CEPAD y Mucha Manos Light Work recibirán mis calificaciones y además estas tienen
que mantenerse en un cierto nivel (todavía no especificado). Si las
calificaciones escolares no son satisfactorias, Muchas Manos Light Work tiene el derecho y la autoridad de suspender
parcialmente o completamente la beca otorgada. Si soy elegido/a, prometo que
al graduarme continuaré ayudando a mi comunidad y también ayudaré a otra
persona para que termine su estudios universitarios con lo que yo pueda. |
