Exhibition: "Gather the Folds of This Veil and Scatter Them"

An exhibition by artists John Siblik and Elissa Cox Wenthe, which is exploration of cultural constructs about the human body and the natural landscape. The artists will present a lecture about their collaboration at 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 3, in Kamerick Art Building, room 111. An opening reception will follow.

 A UNI Permanent Art Collection exhibition co-curated by UNI Professor of Art History Dr. Charles M. Adelman and Gallery Director Darrell Taylor. The concept is all themes Roman and Roman themes through time, and it will feature actual Roman artifacts from UNI Museums.

View the night sky through the computer controlled telescope at the Earth and Environmental Science Observatory. This event is free and open to the public. Meet before 9 p.m. to get to the observatory (near the polar bear). No late admissions will be allowed; no food or drink and no cellphones or other electronic devices can be used during the observatory visit.
