Artists Steele and Jackson will present a gallery talk at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, which will be followed by an opening reception in the KAB South lobby. All events are free and open to the public. Gallery hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Thursday; noon to 5 p.m., Friday and Saturday; and by appointment. Artist Series: Romeo and Juliet

The timeless tradition of classical Russian ballet comes to life in this full-length piece based on Shakespeare’s tragic love story. Featuring the majesty of a huge corps du ballet and soaring music by Sergei Prokofiev, the feuding families and doomed couple come to life on stage. Led by founder and artistic director Elena Radchenko, Russian National Ballet Theatre is classical ballet at its best.

Curtain Talk begins at 2:15 p.m.

Location: Great Hall, Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center
