To schedule an appointment with the Study Abroad Center, it is important to know what you want to meet about. Please review the differences in the meetings offered below, and select the type that best describes your needs.

Info Meeting
These are optional informational meetings for students who are just beginning to look into studying abroad and would like help finding a program that meets their needs. During this appointment, students will meet with a peer advisor who will help guide them through the different programs and locations offered. This is a great starting point, especially for students who have never met with our office before.
First Steps Meeting
This type of meeting is for any student that is ready to start the application process to a program. During the first steps meeting, students will meet with an advisor to go over program specific information such as coursework, housing, costs, and scholarships. First steps meetings are required to begin the application process for ALL programs.

Passport Photo
Applying for or renewing your passport and need to have your photo taken? The study abroad office takes passport photo's for free for any student who has begun an application to study abroad.
Check-in
This meeting is for students who have already begun the application process and would like to meet with our office to go over any questions or concerns about anything study abroad related.
Visa Meeting
This meeting is only for students who have applied and been accepted into a study abroad program that requires a visa. If students have any questions or concerns as they are preparing to apply for their visa, please schedule this type of meeting.
