Access to student services for MBA students.

Issue description:

MBA students are denied access to campus services (Library, Wellness Center, Health Center, etc.) because the system does not see them as current students.

This is due to the fact that the MBA program in on a trimester program and the system calendar does not recognize them as a currently active student."

Planned solution:

The issue is being analyzed.

During implementation the option of creating a new career utilizing a different calendar was discussed.  In addition, each department defines the requirements for who to include in for access to services.
