Unauthorized Message - How to resolve
Sometimes if you have multiple My UNIverse windows open and one times out (20 min), you can get the "unauthorized message". Other instances may be due to your browser settings. Many times this can be corrected by clearing your cache (browsing history, cookies, etc.). To know for sure, please do the following:
1. Close all browser windows
2. Access My UNIverse, but do not log in
3. Clear your cache (press CONTROL+SHIFT+DELETE on your keyboard) or use the Tools menu on your browser
4. Log into My UNIverse and access Student Center again
